Almost every single one of the items I received was damaged

I wasn’t expecting much but including the shipping I paid a lot of money for nothing but broken and bent junk to the point where one of the knives had poked all the way through the box that it was sent in cutting my friend’s hand open so bad he had to have three stitches and it and the rest was unsalvageable. Literally everything I received was broken in one way or another. I tried to reach out but got no response of course
