The Sadaka family boasts a rich legacy in the garment manufacturing industry, with the inception of Apparel Production dating back to 1947. Teddy, the CEO, immersed himself in the family business from an early age, extending through his college years. Rising to the position of a partner in the family garment manufacturing venture, Teddy oversaw operations until 1987. Seeking new horizons, he transitioned to roles such as Vice President of Manufacturing at Leslie Fay (Breckenridge) and later assumed the same role at Emanuel Ungaro, a division of GFT, the world’s largest designer clothing manufacturer at the time.
Having tasted corporate life, Teddy realized his passion lay in working directly with creators and brands to craft products of exceptional quality. This realization fueled his ongoing commitment to expanding and enhancing his family’s legacy.
