In 1960, Alan Hagler founded Paramount Beauty, starting with the sale of hairspray from the trunk of his father’s car. He established the business on the foundation of robust relationships with manufacturers and salons. Today, Paramount remains a family-owned and operated company that thrives on nurturing relationships, aiding both large and small businesses in achieving their goals.

Originally serving New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, Paramount has expanded its reach along the eastern seaboard, now spanning fourteen states and featuring approximately one hundred professional salon brands. With a dedicated team of three hundred professionals scattered across the east coast, Paramount sets the industry standard for service.
