Established in 1998 in New York City by Isaac E. Ash, United Legwear & Apparel Co. (ULAC) stands as a global designer, manufacturer, and distributor of legwear, bodywear, apparel, and accessories. Renowned as one of the industry’s leading resources, ULAC provides a comprehensive range of products catering to babies, kids, teens, and adults.
In 2016, ULAC collaborated with other legwear manufacturers and distributors, the American Apparel & Footwear Association, and Delivering Good to initiate the One Million Pairs Campaign. Recognizing that socks are among the most requested items in homeless shelters, the campaign aims to provide critical assistance by ensuring that those in need have access to socks. To date, this effort has successfully donated over seven million pairs of socks.
